What we expect… (Essential Functions)

  • Supports recruiting team by coordinating and setting up interviews and other meetings.
  • May attend interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Sets up flights and lodging for candidate travel.
  • Assists with proper coding of invoices for various services.
  • Supports recruiting team by assisting with career/job fair coordination and set up.
  • Supports recruiting team by sourcing candidates when necessary.
  • Maintains additional software systems and/or third-party systems used by the HR Recruiting Team.
  • Maintains Open Positions List weekly.
  • Prepares new team member orientation materials and assist with orientation.
  • Works with all Gray, Inc. companies from a Talent Acquisition support standpoint.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Manages referral bonus program.
  • Supports pre-employment background and drug-screen activities.
  • Fluent in Spanish; preferred not required

Maintains strict confidentiality of team members’ personal information.



Qualifications



Who we want… (Requirements)

The new team member is required to have bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of experience in administrative positions; or the equivalent combination both. Experience in human resources/talent acquisition is highly preferred. Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail. Experience with HRIS or database system a plus. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills. Must be physically present in the Lexington office.

Compensation

The wage range for this role takes in account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current pay rate range is $24.05- $29.33 per hour.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
