Job Description:
Customer Service Analyst
12 Month Contract
Work schedule hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There is flexibility with the work time schedule hours, 37.5 hours per week.
There is an opportunity for OT hours if the candidate is interested.
Seeking candidates who are proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
This is an entry level position, training is provided for one week and ongoing as needed.
If the candidate is familiar with ACCESS software program, this is a plus!
Candidates that have strong previous office skills set are a good fit for this job assignment.
Candidate will be working with brokers/dealers, manning the email main inbox.
Candidate must be able to articulate clearly, excellent interpersonal skill sets, work well with other team members.
