Inside Sales Representative (PC 5/55)
Location: Western Washington
Compensation: $50,000 to $100,000 (Base Pay plus Commission)
Job Type: Full-time, hourly exempt

Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support outside sales efforts across Western Washington by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring our portable sanitation products meet clients' needs. This role involves working closely with dispatch and outside sales to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers via online research and business networks.
  • Account Management: Maintain regular communication with current clients and ensure all needs are met.
  • Sales Support: Notify outside sales of new leads, process orders, input data into Navision, and follow up on quotes.
  • Customer Outreach: Conduct site visits, provide quotes, and distribute promotional materials.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, bids won/lost, and maintain sales activity reports.
  • Telemarketing: Contact top customers monthly, monitor building permits, and send follow-up notes.

Qualifications

  • Phone sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tower, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
