The salary range for this role is: $88,875 - $120,000 plus bonus.

an HRIS Technical Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of UKG's suite of
applications, including UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions develop/maintain
integrationsYou will serve as a technical expert, collaborating with UKG and
our internal teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance
operational efficiency and employee experienceIn this role, you will utilize a deep
understanding of the UKG product suite, including UKG Pro and UKG
DimensionsManage and configure
UKG applications to meet Linde's needs, perform hands-on configuration,
troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure seamless
operation and user satisfactionEnsure UKG systems are
configured to comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, manage user roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security
across all UKG platformsLead comprehensive
assessments to gather and document business requirements, conduct gap
analyses, and develop actionable project plansContinuously monitor
and assess UKG system performance, identifying areas for improvement and
optimizationImplement best practices in infrastructure, workflows, and
automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; lead initiatives to
streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall
system functionalityDrive innovation by
leveraging UKG's capabilities to develop new functionalities and
enhancements that support business objectives, stay abreast of emerging
trends and technologies in HRIS, recommending and implementing solutions
that align with organizational goals and prioritiesLead integration
efforts between UKG solutions and other enterprise systems, including ERP,
CRM, payroll, and timekeeping systems Ensure data
integrity and synchronization across platforms, providing advanced
technical support and troubleshooting as neededCoordinate with
third-party vendors and service providers to ensure successful integration
and implementation of UKG solutions. Manage vendor relationships and
oversee third-party support activities, ensuring alignment with project
