Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Asset Management Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a lead level position that is responsible for managing simple to complex software license compliance data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.

Responsibilities:

• Asset Management Analyst will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience


• Demonstrate a consultative and client-oriented approach to data analysis and interpretation to be able to answer questions for the business, perform audits on different datasets, and identify anomalies found within the data


• Interact with internal teams to ensure software licensing terms and metrics are in accordance with business requirements and systems/tools implementations


• Provide recommendations based on data to improve strategic business decision making including operational and financial risk mitigation


• Interpret data and documentation, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities


• As an Asset Management Analyst, you will ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis


• Provide software licensing and compliance recommendations and advancements based on trending and technology changes

The Asset Management Analyst will conduct complex data analysis in support of a variety of software technologies, inclusive of:

• Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements


• Integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements


• Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders


• Identifying and defining data quality improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field


• 7+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience


• Working knowledge of software asset management and software discovery tools


• Ability to interpret and understand contract licensing terms


• Ability to learn new technologies and tools


• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively


• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment


• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities


• Advanced ability to analyze and interpret data


• Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities


• Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations


• Advanced skills using PC software applications (e.g. Access, Excel, and PowerPoint)


• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
