Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Billing/Invoicing Specialist in Saint Louis, MO.

Key Tasks:

• Billing/Invoicing Specialist will prepare and process customer invoices for services performed


• Commercial Cleaning Customers, as documented in work order management system


• Construction Customers, as documented per contract, timing to be as requested


• As a Billing/Invoicing Specialist, you will reconcile customer accounts; Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts (some email of document may be required to customer contacts)


• Contact internal team members as needed to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Billing/Invoicing experience


• Strong organization and communication skills


• Overall strong technical skills


• Ability to work autonomously and with a team


• SAP experience nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
