Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Collections candidate in Baltimore, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Billing:

• Prepare and generate accurate and timely invoices for professional services rendered; Ensure compliance with our proposals, contracts, and rate tables


• Collaborate with various departments to assist with their billing process; Resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly

Accounts Receivable:

• Maintain and update customer accounts and records


• Monitor and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections; Work with clients to address and resolve payment discrepancies


• Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts


• Participate in a monthly collections meeting to provide updates on outstanding invoices

Cash Receipts:

• Record and reconcile daily cash receipts in the accounting system

Process Credit Card Payments:

• Ensure accuracy in applying payments to the correct client accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
