Job Description: Responsible for supporting program management activities related to successful oversight of the ISS and other contracts at the FDIC. Activities are expected to include setting up enterprise and contract-specific program management practices, implementing solutions to track and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA), and conduct an in-depth review of SLA reports to verify vendor compliance (including review of incident reports, tickets, and other operational artifacts). Oversee all IT infrastructure project needs including Firewalls, laptops, hardware, servers, server maintenance, and audit responses. Other responsibilities will include coordinating and communicating between FDIC leadership from multiple divisions and sections to drive consensus of contract performance using executive level briefings and dashboards.
