Responsible for employee relations matters include developing and maintain on-going relationships and performing workplace investigations. Required to work with leaders to identify areas of support regarding employee discipline and employee relation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the outcomes to the degree possible of litigation, and other employment or policy disputes.
Develop appropriate education plans for employees and the leadership teams to ensure the effective delivery of policies.
Utilize data to inform strategy and plans; Understand trends in disciplinary processes and create solutions to improve upon the situation.
Provide second tier -support for employee relations policy matters including addressing workplace investigations and ensuring proper documentation and communication for related purposes.
Able to conduct and consult on formal investigations related to internal and external complaints.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities, takes initiative and minimizes situations from escalating.
Position will require travel.

Required Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree preferred with five plus years of strong employee relations background, with experience leading employee relations function.
Working knowledge and experience with of employment laws including but not limited to anti-discrimination / harassment, and other laws governing the workplace.
Proficient in oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, analytical, ability to extract and manage data.
Ability to pass AWI certification.
