(Bio-Mededical Life Cycle Sustainment Management Specailist)

Contract Position - $60.00-$80.00/Hour
Join a dynamic team as a Military Operations Analyst - Bio-Med Specialist, where you will enhance the readiness and reliability of medical equipment for both operational and institutional medical activities. Contribute to life support and patient safety through the management, maintenance, and logistical support of critical medical devices and systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and servicing of medical equipment using mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, digital, optical, and radiological principles.
Conduct calibrations, preventive maintenance, and operational checkout procedures on medical devices.
Troubleshoot, isolate malfunctions, replace defective components, and record all services performed into JLDW.
Install medical equipment, ensuring proper power and space requirements are met.
Provide technical and tactical supervision to biomedical equipment specialists and medical supply specialists to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in developing technical requirements and managing procurement processes for medical devices and systems.
Act as a technical consultant to Commanders and staff across the enterprise, providing insights on medical device safety, operation, and security.
Oversee the logistical management and support of medical devices that contribute to life support and patient safety.
Qualifications:
TS/SCI Department of Defense Security Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Science with 6+ years of relevant experience in biomedical support, maintenance, or related fields.
Experience with medical equipment servicing, including calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Familiarity with JLDW and the ability to manage detailed service records.
