Shift: 1st shift 7:30 am to 5 pm with occasional nights and weekend

Job Summary:

The Senior Patient Experience Partner collaborates with key partners, leaders and providers to identify future needs, potential gaps and align customer experience tools and best practices along with providing guidance in the development of initiatives to address experience deficits. Identifies and delivers training and education options and supports curriculum design, review and evaluation. The Senior Patient Experience Partner is a regarded as a subject matter expert for peers and leaders and may lead committees, meetings, assign work to team and act as a resource for peers.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five (5) or more years in healthcare, customer support or related industry in patient experience, process improvement and/or design-thinking experience, required.

Experience coaching, developing or mentoring others, required.

Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements related to quality, service and associated value measures, preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.

Relevant experience in a related field may be considered.

Master's Degree, preferred.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Certified Patient Experience Professional certified within 2 years.

Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License, if applicable. Training , certification or demonstrable experience applying one or more improvement methodologies (i.e. Baldrige, Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
