Comply strictly with DOT regulations for chemical transfers and collaborate with customer EH&S on safety requirements.
Partner with the Site Manager to assess value creation possibilities by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, while implementing standard processes.
Conduct site assessments and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and enforce policies to ensure a culture of safety.
Develop critical metrics, monitor trends, and serve as a reference point for both sales and customer service.
Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a science/chemical related field is strongly preferred
Experience
3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a laboratory setting
Proven excellence in customer service and a strong understanding of CMS/SRS operations.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Diligent problem solver who fosters a collaborative work environment.
Experience with CAPAs and proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and flexibility with working hours.
Demonstrable leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and relate to employees at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of CMS/SRS operations and GMP/GDP criteria, with experience in audits.
Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to address conflicts and offer valuable input.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Organizational skills to meet deadlines and assist staff in multi-tasking.
Self-motivated, pressure-resistant, and quick learner.
Ability to quickly adapt and apply knowledge to customer and internal systems.
Working Conditions:
Work independently at the customer location, involving extensive walking and potential exposure to chemical allergens.
Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Use of material handling equipment like push carts and pallet jacks.
Depending on the area, PPE such as lab coats, coveralls, and safety gloves may be required.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $81,800.00-$110,000.00.
