Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Fulfillment, Logistics, & Operations Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position. This position will give you the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish in a project-based, deadline-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop shipping plans and schedules to meet clients' fulfillment objectives


• Maintain program estimators and cost monitors throughout the project and provide updates as needed


• Monitor inventory, allocate materials, and coordinate shipping to ensure product meets arrival schedules


• Provide reports and metrics to management and to the client who may have questions or request updates regarding shipments, orders, etc.


• Data management including tracking files and performance data, importing client data into trackers and kit grids


• Monitor work orders, invoicing clients, managing receivables


• Problem solving and adapting while maintain close communication with all parties involved

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree


• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Inventory Management Systems, ability to quickly learn new systems


• Proficiency with word, outlook, and excel


• Ability to manage and analyze data within excel


• Excellent communication skills, effectively communicate with warehouse personnel and client executives


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy


• This position will work independently to manage projects, but will be a part of a team and work closely with other internal and external parties

Additional Details

• This is a direct hire position with salary range of 55-60k depending on experience


• This is an in-office position in a finished office space that sits adjacent to the Baltimore Distribution Center
