Job Description:

Position Overview: The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.


• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.


• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.


• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.


• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.


• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.


• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.


• Minimum [X] years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least [X] years in a management role.


• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.


• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
