Job Description:

Exceptional Law Firm based in Downtown LA has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Litigation Assistant with a minimum of 3 years prior Litigation work experience at a litigation law firm. Litigation Legal Assistant should have proficiency in litigation terminology and procedures including state and federal court e-filing, TOA/TOCs, calendaring, and preparing for trial.

• This person will be working 3-4 litigation partners,


• Firm does not go to trial very often


• E-filing (State /Federal)


• Trial preparation (TOC/TOAs)


• Experience with NetDocs or similar system


• Calendaring


• Subpoenas, notices, discovery requests

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
