Ultimate Staffing is currently partnered with one of the countries top Call Centers and we are currently looking to hire a full-time customer service rep who is a highly motivated individual to join our call center team in West Palm Beach, FL.
Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Follow call scripts and procedures accurately
Meet or exceed call quotas and sales goals
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Always adhere to company policies and procedures
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends Must be available to work the closing shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Ability to work rotational Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Must limit unplanned schedule interruptions such as arriving late, leaving early, or calling out
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Rep Compensation & Detail:
$16/hr.

Hours are from 12pm-8:30pm M-F & Saturday 9am-5:30pm!
