Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established family practice in Jupiter, FL, known for delivering top-notch, patient-focused healthcare. We're seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.
Role Overview
As the first point of contact, the Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in patient care. We're looking for someone friendly, organized, and efficient-capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, managing patient records, and handling billing inquiries, all to guarantee seamless patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients, providing a supportive first impression.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Handle phone calls professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality.
Assist with billing, insurance questions, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate schedules with medical staff to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Medical office experience preferred; proficiency in eClinical EMR, MS Office Suite, and EHR systems required.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: Friendly, detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting schedules.
Shift
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (flexible).
Rotating evening shifts until 7 PM once a month.

Compensation
$18-19/hr.; If 5+ years of experience $20-21/hr.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Occasional evening shifts (10 AM - 7 PM) once a month.
