B2B CSR/Sales Support- $56k-$64k at Roth Staffing Companies in CHAMPLIN, Minnesota

Job Description:

This role is key in supporting customers and sales staff by handling inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and driving additional sales.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations.


• Provide accurate information on pricing, inventory, shipping, and delivery.


• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and initiate orders.


• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.


• Resolve product and shipment issues, process returns, and suggest additional purchases.


• Perform administrative tasks, including order filing and database updates.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: College degree and 3+ years in B2B customer service.


• Experience in distribution or packaging is a plus.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is helpful.

Additional Details:

• Salary: $56-64k/year plus bonus.


• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with hybrid option after 9 months.


• Location: 100% in office in Champlin, MN
