Job Description:

This role provides comprehensive reporting and insights around people-related information.


This includes extracting regular reports, providing guidance to users regarding data accuracy and inputting data into audits.



ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Coordinates data requirements in relation to HR Data


• Supports the processing and running of reports reviewing the data to provide high level insights on the accuracy and parameters of the information.


• Inputs into the documentation of data governance to ensure end to end data quality, accuracy and consistency


• Updating and maintaining accurate information on the HR System


• Updating documents in response to new legislation or policy changes (essential)


• Actively participating in process improvement discussions and implementing necessary changes

MUST HAVE

• High level of IT skills, including MS Office and Excel / tech-savvy!


• Experience in running reporting or insights through spreadsheets in relation to HR matters


• Workday HRIS/reporting experience

HIGHLY DESIRED

• Previous experience in professional services environment
