This role provides comprehensive reporting and insights around people-related information.
This includes extracting regular reports, providing guidance to users regarding data accuracy and inputting data into audits.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Coordinates data requirements in relation to HR Data
Supports the processing and running of reports reviewing the data to provide high level insights on the accuracy and parameters of the information.
Inputs into the documentation of data governance to ensure end to end data quality, accuracy and consistency
Updating and maintaining accurate information on the HR System
Updating documents in response to new legislation or policy changes (essential)
Actively participating in process improvement discussions and implementing necessary changes
MUST HAVE
High level of IT skills, including MS Office and Excel / tech-savvy!
Experience in running reporting or insights through spreadsheets in relation to HR matters
Workday HRIS/reporting experience
HIGHLY DESIRED
Previous experience in professional services environment
