Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Overview:



Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing multiple entities and demonstrate proficiency with QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions for multiple entities.


• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and vendor statements.


• 3 way match is a huge plus!


• Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage payment schedules.


• Maintain and update QuickBooks records accurately.


• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• 
  2+ years of accounts payable experience.


• 
  Experience working with multiple entities is required.


• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
