Assistant Controller/Controller-Construction -$220k+ (Onsite)

Position Summary:



As the CFO - Assistant Controller/Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our financial management, providing strategic leadership and ensuring robust financial practices. Your expertise in the construction industry will be essential as you oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.


• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing.


• Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance.


• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.


• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.


• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulations.


• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.


• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction industry.


• Proven track record in financial management and leadership.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $185-220K+ bonus
