Full Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with administrative duties. Supporting multiple properties. Great culture and benefits!



Duties:

• Accounts Payable - uploading invoices into accounting system


• Reviewing the Vendor invoices for property coding and description


• Processing invoices, maintaining W-9 files, running various reports


• 1099 Preparation


• Will also assist backing up/answering phones


• Other duties as assigned.

In addition to the accounting piece:

• Assisting with answering phones, getting mail, and filing


• Placing tenant work order requests into work order system


• Looking for someone who is vibrant, outgoing personality & will fit in well with the team.


• 1-2 years of accounting experience.
