Job Description:
Lexington-based company is seeking a full time Property Manager with extensive experience in all areas of property management.
Duties will include:
- Oversee all investment properties including purchases/sales, major property remodel/construction projects, property maintenance, rental agreements, zoning issues, tenant issues etc.
- Liaise between owner and property ownership/management team
- Liaise between owner and rental property tenants
- Review and approval all company payables and receivables
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in property management with extensive experience in all areas of property management; maintenance, rentals, construction oversight, familiarity with zoning ordinances, buying and selling of property
- Ability to exercise initiative and fast decision-making while maintaining professionalism
- Organized/efficient with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow through from start to finish and great organizational skills
- Degree in Business preferred but education can be substituted with the proper on the job experience
