Cricket Wireless is looking for a Principal UX Researcher to lead our Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B Testing, and Personalization program. This role focuses on creating, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize user experiences across our website, with a keen eye on improving conversion rates, for both sales and self-service. This is a high visibility, hands-on role with the opportunity to autonomously develop a testing backlog, manage the execution and management of tests, and present findings to stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead Digital Optimization across the Cricket Wireless portfolio.
Develop and execute strategies that drive conversion rate optimization.
Expand the organization's A/B testing capability to empower a more data driven approach by owning the hypothesis-to-recommendation.
Conduct data analysis and user research to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with strategy, product, UX, and engineering to develop and execute product experience A/B and Multivariate tests across our web and app properties.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute copy, color, creative level tests across our properties to ensure we are putting the right offer in front of the right segment of users.
Education:
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Human Factors Engineering or equivalent experience. Graduate degree is a plus.
Experience:
Senior-level, real- world experience in design (8-10 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.
Training and Skills:
Senior-level, real- world experience in CRO and/or UX/UI improvement (8-10 years).
Proven experience with A/B, Multivariate and/or Painted Door type testing formats.
Design and implementation of A/B tests using Adobe Test & Target.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
Work with paid marketing teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversion rates of landing pages
Development and management of a robust testing backlog, prioritizing CRO tests for both website and apps.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories leveraging data.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices

Our Principal UX Researcher earn between $141,300 - $211,900 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
