Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our IT team. This full-time, remote position will lead multiple design and development activities, adhering to the current SDLC process and agile practices.



Responsibilities:

• Design and illustrate solutions with appropriate justifications.


• Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Salesforce's dedicated data model.


• Translate business needs into a technical vision for the Salesforce development team.


• Develop and execute tactical plans to support strategic solution designs.


• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept.


• Visually and textually demonstrate concepts to enable confident stakeholder decisions.


• Develop data strategies, including data modeling, migration, and sharing.


• Assess and recommend improvements on processes, designs, operations, and testing.


• Ensure solutions remain within the agreed scope.


• Provide guidance on user stories, ensuring well-defined success and acceptance criteria.


• Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.


• Perform analysis, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation.


• Assist application team members in development activities and review tasks as required.


• Create complex workflows leveraging the Salesforce platform.


• Develop and configure Visualforce, Lightning pages, APEX, and Lightning Web Components.


• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems, including legacy systems.


• Design patterns and standards for system integrations.


• Define CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.


• Review custom-developed code, making technical adjustments and recommendations.


• Ensure proper test class coverage with a focus on low-code options.


• Groom and refine the Salesforce application backlog.


• Review estimates for accuracy and completeness.


• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the application teams.


• Implement marketing cloud journeys, automations, and cloud pages.

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role, with over 10 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.


• Experience with Salesforce's dedicated data model.


• Experience working with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.


• Proficiency with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Data Modeling, Data Migration, Data Sharing, APEX, SOQL, and creating workflows.


• Experience in developing Visualforce/Lightning Web Components.


• Proven ability to architect development projects through the full SDLC using Agile SCRUM.

Certifications:

• Certified Salesforce System Architect


• Certified Salesforce Application Architect
