Location: Turlock, CA

Salary: $90.00 USD Hourly - $110.00 USD Hourly

Description: Implementation Consultant- Oracle Financials (AP/AR)



*Role will require travel, 3-4x/week on-site in Turlock, CA. All travel expenses will be covered


**Can work W2 or 1099

What You'll Do:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Tax, Collections, Expenses, FA, and CM.


• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Chart of Accounts structure, leading redesigns, analyzing financial reporting needs, and overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.


• Apply sound accounting knowledge to provide solutions based on accounting principles and rules for financial modules.


• Complete project tasks and deliverables according to established timelines, ensuring written deliverables meet the highest quality standards.


• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements.


• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements, providing solutions and recommendations for Cloud Financials modules.


• Document gaps, issues, and solution process flows.


• Map customer business processes to Oracle Cloud Applications processes.


• Configure modules to align with customer business processes.


• Migrate customer financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications.


• Prepare functional designs for all technical objects.


• Develop testing scenarios and test scripts.


• Lead testing events, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing for Cloud Financial modules. Tasks include finalizing scenarios with the client, prepping data for testing, scheduling events, coordinating testing completion, and ensuring accuracy.


• Facilitate knowledge transfer.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated expertise in core Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Tax, Collections, FA, and CM).


• Strong knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles.


• Experience leading Cloud Oracle Applications implementations.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Cloud Applications as a module lead.
