Description: Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in IN.
You responsibilities include;

• Inspecting facilities: Identifying potential issues and the maintenance required
  
  
  
  


• Developing schedules: Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating staff support to each task
  
  
  
  


• Recruiting and training: Recruiting, training, and supervising maintenance technicians and mechanics
  
  
  
  


• Overseeing maintenance: Overseeing repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion
  
  
  
  


• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  
  
  
  


• Communicating: Communicating information from senior management, such as policies and procedures, to maintenance staff
  
  
  
  


• Promoting safety: Actively promoting plant safety improvement and programs
  
  
  
  


• Supporting continuous improvement: Supporting continuous improvement through shop floor use of problem solving tools and Kaizen participation
  
  
  
  


• Managing purchasing: Managing purchasing, as authorized, to meet budget
