Location: Minneapolis, MN

Salary: $69.00 USD Hourly - $74.00 USD Hourly

Required Skills:

• 
  5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Engineering.


• 
  2+ years of recent experience with CMDB Integration.


• Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM fundamentals.


• Proficiency in Custom App Development.


• Experience with Chat functionalities.


• 
  CSA certification required; CAD certification desired.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.


• Familiarity with ITIL and Facility Management best practices.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.


• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Technology Awareness:

• 
  Platform: ServiceNow San Diego and later releases.


• 
  Frameworks: CI-CD, CSDM.


• 
  Database: MongoDB, SQL.


• 
  Programming: Core Java, Angular, ReactJS.


• 
  Deployment/Project Management: Concepts of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps.
