Job Details:
- 3-5 years of experience as a project/program manager
- Previous experience in an analytical role at a strategy consulting firm, sales, product, or strategy and operations team at a technology, media, or consumer goods company
- Experience leading operational initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment
- Must have strong communication and program management skills.
- Experience working with sales organizations and best practices (e.g., structure, incentives, tools, etc.)
- Deep knowledge and passion for the Digital/Traditional Media/AdTech landscape
- Excellent executive-level communication skills in all formats
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and use problem-solving techniques to drive solutions for complex problems
