Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager
Project Overview:
Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented program manager to manage our inventory management programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our engineers, and test labs have the hardware and test equipment they need, monitoring inventory levels and anticipating shortages. You will be working closely with our Warehouse Program Manager to ensure inventory processes work within our space requirements and our Regional Program Managers to implement these best practices globally.
Overall Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in inventory management processes, standardize processes, and implement change (e.g., disposition and returns processes)
Communicate process changes from us or our business partners to stakeholders
Manage hardware and accessory forecasting across programs (engineering, lab, burnout stock needs) and ensure high usage of inventory
Manage hardware allocation process, ensuring all teams are allocated the required amount of hardware
Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and identify trends and opportunities to reduce inventory and costs
Manage clear approval processes for inventory exceptions
Manage and ensure proper disposal of confidential hardware in all locations
Develop clear documentation for detailed program processes in an easily understood format
Oversee work of and monitor service level objectives for vendors that manage day-to-day operations (e.g., cycle count, receiving of inventory, disposition)
Work with our Tool teams to improve tools based on program process requirements and automate data collection
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years' experience in Program Management on cross-functional projects
Experience or familiarity with software development
Experience or familiarity with Operations or Supply Chain
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
A strong communicator comfortable with interacting with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
Proactive by nature but reacts quickly when situation requires it
Strong problem solving/analytical skills
Strong spreadsheet/database capabilities
Familiarity with Inventory Management
