Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervision & scheduling of job activities
- Scheduling of multiple shifts during the week and weekends
- Extensive project planning, coordination and scheduling of subcontractors
- Prepare daily worksite reports
- Cost Control
- Resolve union disputes
- Material take-off
- Enforce site safety at all times
- Oversee daily field operations, coordinate purchases
Other Duties as Assigned or Requested:
- Ability to give direction to employees in all areas of the project assigned.
- Ability to make high level risk decisions in a timely and professional matter. Dd
- Dmonstrate a complete understanding of the business operation.
- Must have a presence on assigned project site.
