MWDBE Participation monthly, quarterly, annually. As well as, closing out all projects, preparing closeout documentation, claims resolutions and coordinating the submissions for final closeout.
Report EEO compliance statistics and monthly MWBE participation to public agencies.
Acting as the liaison between external/internal entities, coordinating contracting functions researching and understanding federal and state regulatory requirements and reporting.
Review of contract documents to identify the minority participation requirements for that project.
Attend various networking events scheduled by various public agencies, DBE support organizations and community organizations to communicate the company's interest in receiving proposals from DBE firms to participate in various contracts awarded or be bid.
Visit project sites to monitor compliance with contract requirements of the minority participation programs.
Conduct field/site visits & Commercial Useful Function (CUF) Checks
Train and guide Field Management personnel relative to DBE program responsibilities.
Follow-up all reports and documentation pertaining to DBEs (certification log, outreach issues, etc.)
Work with other departments within the organization, such as, Estimating / Purchasing, to arrange events for minority participation for special or large projects.
Attend field monthly meetings, review any issues or revisions to determine if any corrective action needs to be taken.
