Job Description:

Baer is looking for Oracle Cloud S&OP Consultant for a 4+ month project located in Altanta, GA.


Title: Oracle Cloud S&OP Consultant
Location: Hybrid - travel 60% Monday-Thursday, 2 weeks per month (Arkansas, Texas, Georgia)
Duration: 4 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description

• Configure and customize the Oracle Cloud S&OP software to meet the specific needs of our client, ensuring a seamless integration with their existing systems and processes.


• Analyze clients' current sales and operations planning processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization through the implementation of Oracle Cloud S&OP solutions.


• Provide comprehensive training to clients' staff on the use of Oracle Cloud S&OP software and offer ongoing support to address any issues or updates required.


• Assisting with the leadership of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Assist clients with change management processes related to the new system implementation and recommend continuous improvements and optimizations based on system performance analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud S&OP or similar SCM solutions with 4+ full life-cycle implementations and a strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning processes.


• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud S&OP software features, capabilities, and integration with other systems. Familiarity with Oracle SCM Cloud suite is a plus.


• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.


• Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing full project lifecycles and ensuring project objectives are met.


• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT staff, and end-users, to ensure the system meets the needs of all parties involved.
