The FRB St. Louis Treasury Division is seeking an experienced Production Support Coordinator to fill a new position to support the intragovernmental (IGT) program. This program support two applications called Government Invoicing (G-Invoicing) and Intra-governmental Payments and Collections (IPAC). G-Invoicing provides support for IGT buy/sell activities and IPAC facilitates the transfer of funds between Federal Program Agencies. We are seeking an individual with experience in application development, technical support and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with peers at the U.S. Treasury and other Federal Reserve System stakeholders

  • Attain extensive knowledge of the applications to effectively troubleshoot application issues and manage issues through resolution.

  • Work with Treasury and project team members to plan, analyze, develop, test and monitor operations of applications supporting this business line

  • Communicate and provide cross training to other Operation support teams, Agency Outreach (AIT) and Treasury Support Center (TSC) team members.

  • Ability to create and manage request, incident and change tickets in ticket tools (JIRA, Service Now)

  • Participate in daily health check procedures to monitor all application environments

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email and in person

  • Escalate to management any issues, concerns, delays and changes to planned production implementations or changes

  • Establish, revise and proactively make recommendations to documentation including user guides, standard operating procedures

  • Ensure a strong controls and risk management focus

  • Be willing and available to support a 24/7 on call rotation schedule (approx. every 5 weeks) and after hours support as needed

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, finance or business administration, or related major or commensurate experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in supporting applications as a Business Analyst, Production Support or related role

  • Ability to interact professionally and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with U.S. Treasury, financial institutions and Federal Reserve Bank partners to obtain information, respond to inquiries, analyze documentation and resolve issues

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage numerous projects and work processes

  • Ability to carry out assignments with minimal supervision as well as work effectively as a part of a team

  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills in providing information to all levels of the organization and customers

  • Ability to comprehend, communicate and apply U.S. Treasury and Reserve Bank policies and procedures

  • Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint administration

  • Travel (5%)

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade and/or salary.

  • Position requires US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency

Salary: $92,500.00-$118,100.00
