The Executive Collaboration Services team provides white glove digital user effectiveness and IT support to the Mars Global Leadership Teams. This is a ECS Service Analyst role based at the NWK site in Newark, New Jersey, USA to support our Mars Global Services, Petcare, and Mars Snacking teams based on the East Coast. This role reports to Meg Christensen, ECS Services Manager (GIC, Chicago), and is part of the Executive Collaboration Services (ECS) Team of Mars Digital Technologies.

In this role, the ECS Service Analyst will be a regional role based in Newark. As part of these responsibilities, this role will require customer facing with executive leadership and key stakeholders of the business across the East Coast, strategic and agile problem solving of a wide array of technical issues, deploying new technologies, resolving IT issues, and supporting high-profile meetings. This role will also include technology support for other East-Coast based executives, and executives travelling in the region.

What are we looking for?


  • 5 years' experience in executive support, project management, information technology, and communications required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Broadcasting knowledge is preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?


  • Act as a consultative strategist to the senior leadership by being a key advisor on leading-edge technologies and possess deep technical knowledge.

  • Provide functional and technical support for the ECS/executive customer base. This includes regular pro-active personal IT check-ins, responding to user calls and requests, solving problems, service monitoring, change management, new technologies/enhancement trainings for executives and their admins.

  • Demonstrate strategic time management and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to provide thought leadership based on individual customer requirements and restrictions.

  • Excellent communication skills through creative writing, technical writing and oral interactions.

  • Strong client service and interpersonal skills.

  • Participate in project definition, scope, objectives, risks and approach.

  • Technical event support project management: offsite events, global summits, large-scale meetings, broadcasts/virtual town halls.

  • Excellent collaboration skills across multiple functions as well as the global ECS Support team.

  • This role will require up to 20% travel around the United States.
