The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately create new customer records in the SAP Master Data Module, ensuring seamless data integration and management.
Key Job Responsibilities
Create new customer records in the SAP Master Data Module.
Manage account creation, partner function relationships, and various mass-change transactions.
Process requests for pricing updates, resolve quality notifications, and provide user support.
Regularly interface with Sales & Service, Finance, and IT personnel.
Resolve data issues related to quote-to-cash transactions, assist with data migration for future ERP implementations, and handle price entry.
Perform other sales administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of focused data management experience in SAP or a similar platform preferred.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel (proficient with vLookup, pivot tables, and graphs).
Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to follow management guidelines and company best practices.
Methodical, committed, able to meet tight deadlines, and driven to deliver executional excellence.
