Key Responsibilities:
Serve as project manager for key Tumor Strategy initiatives
Implement key initiatives to deliver the tumor level strategic plan for the US
Coordinate with cross-functional team to deliver the Lung Tumor Strategy across all lung indications
Ensure understanding and adherence to tumor strategy workflow and operating model processes and timelines
Enable feedback loop to improve and evolve op model and WoW across Tumor and brands
Tactical Planning/BSP support for team
Coordinate with cross functional team to deliver the Lung Tumor Strategy across all lung indications
Attend regular prioritization calls, agency calls & consults to ensure all marketing projects are progressing and team is kept up to date on asset status
Support in the training and role out to cross-functional partners and field of OneLung Marketing assets, branding etc.
Collaborate with cross functional partners and field on the development of new assets
Participate in regular FIT Team calls and request input when needed
Attend weekly brand marketing calls to provide updates from Tumor Strategy and gather updates from brands for Tumor Strategy Team
Requirements:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years pharmaceutical experience
Strong process and project management experience
Marketing experience
Desireable:
Demonstrated ability to work across functions and lead without formal authority
Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organizational, relationship building, and consulting skills
Strong project and process management skills
Understanding of the pharmaceutical business (including development and operations)
Field sales experience

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $142,100.80 - $213,151.20 .Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
