Job Description:

Direct Hire




Schedule: Mon - Fri; 8am - 5pm,



Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in office



Pay: $75K+ Salary



Job Duties:

• Supports the pitch, and proposal process from planning through submission and identifies most applicable content and edits existing content for proposals and pitches.


• Serves as a liaison between BD Managers/Director and Marketing Communications team to ensure proposal content is captured and repurposed across marketing collateral, website and attorney biographies.


• Conducts company and industry research and fulfills competitive intelligence research requests and helps to create and customize individual alerts.


• Utilizes firm CRM and other platforms to run queries and pull data on relationships and client interactions to help leverage connections and identify new business opportunities.


• Attends discovery and coaching conversations with senior BD staff to capture action items and assist with follow-up.


• Coordinates the preparation and distribution of collateral materials for conferences, events, and individual timekeeper requests.


• Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer, Director(s) and Marketing/Business Development Managers.

Experience:

• Excellent organizational skills are required.


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.


• 3+ years of marketing or business development experience is required.


• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.


• Significant experience with Microsoft applications
