Junior Project Accountant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

A leading construction managment firm is seeking a junior project accountant to join their team. This role will assist in the financial managment of multiple construction projects as well as internal accounting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career within the ocnstruction industry.



Duties & Responsabilities:

• Prepare invoices and monthly reports for different client accounts


• Update and review project budgets


• Assist with month-end close


• Process recurring journal entries


• Assist with data entry and review accounts payable entries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 1-2 years of experience in accounting prefered


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage, Procore or Timberscam is a plus


• Experience with construction contracts, cost control, and job costing is a plus
