Key Responsibilities:
• Engage actively with both current and potential clients to expand our inclusive customer base and increase market presence by fostering relationships through regular interactions, understanding client needs, and updating service offerings accordingly.
• Utilize outreach strategies effectively to cultivate a robust pipeline of sales leads.
• Enhance sales and market influence by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in assigned territories.
• Understand the financial dynamics of services provided, including pricing strategies and operational cost management.
• Acquire expertise in a range of solid waste management services and develop tailored solutions for diverse client typologies.
• Negotiate and offer pricing and credit terms within company guidelines, seeking managerial input when deviating from standard rates.
• Elevate client engagement through targeted presentations that emphasize the unique value of our services.
• Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed about industry developments and competitors' strategies.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying potential partnerships and participating in strategic acquisition efforts.
• Uphold strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of two years of sales experience with a comprehensive understanding of effective sales techniques.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret business documents and the ability to address diverse groups effectively.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations and problem-solving with an ability to work independently.
