This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Operate a floor jack in a safe manner. Coordinate through the Supervisor and keep accurate records of finished product and packaging material. Complete operators check list daily. Inform Supervisor of needed repairs and safety concerns.
Keep production line supplied with pallets, condemned bin and recyclable containers. Verify accuracy of all materials and ingredients used on production line. Assist with clean-up and sanitation of line following USDA/Tyson guidelines. All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Must have 6 months operator experience listed on application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months.
Must have mechanical experience.
Requirements :
Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 365-day waiting period before you can reapply.
Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you've worked at Tyson no more than three times.
Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
