Job Summary

This position is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of work order planning. Responsibilities include ensuring work orders are prepared in order to meet Regulations & industry standards and Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Plant licensing and Design Basis documents and commitments.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Overall ownership of online and outage planning milestones


• Accountable for ensuring work orders are prepared in accordance BVNPP requirements and standards.


• Accountable to monitor program scope, cost and quality.


• Manage multiple task assignments to meet Station and Corporate objectives.


• Provide technical support of outage and online schedule development.


• Identify and incorporate appropriate management methods to develop and implement effective standards and processes.


• Accountable for meeting budgets and schedules.


• Ensuring operating experience, benchmarking and lessons learned are reviewed and applied.


• Establish industry contacts to share experience.


• Direct and perform evaluation of internal and external processes for continuous improvement.


• Determine training needs and develop training plans for personnel to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma and 10 years of commercial nuclear power experience.


• Previous Supervisory/Management experience.
