Position Overview: This role will be responsible for the handling of feed from our feed mills to our customers. This role will be required to hold a Class A CDL to perform the duties necessary to get the job done.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver feed from facility to customer
- Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures
- Operate truck in accordance to established safety procedures
- Perform general labor as needed
- Regular days to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8 am to 8 pm.
- Holiday's will be worked as necessary.
- Would not be available to take back-to-back weekend off (this would result in 14 days off in a row).
- Daily job duties included mixing, pelleting and delivering feed as necessary.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the mill as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Class A CDL with acceptable driving history and current DOT physical
- Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Selected candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements:
- Bending and climbing in and out of the truck
