Job Description:

Regional Lead Business Implementation (Broomfield, CO): Lead the onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and restructuring of investments. Understand transaction characteristics and how to reflect them in the eFront administration platform, as well as how to spot and handle potential exceptions and advise the front office of alternative solutions. Develop and implement solutions for a broad range of operational challenges, such as legacy portfolio transfers, the restructuring of investments and funds, and single-client mandates. Utilize investment structure and fund knowledge relevant to the US, APAC, and globally in connection with private equity, private debt, real estate, and private infrastructure asset classes. Work with the eFront Accounting platform. Perform operational and onboarding processes in a private equity manager. Req. Bachelor's degree + 5 yrs of exp or 7 yrs of exp.
