As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee the construction of commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects.


• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


• Manage project schedules and budgets.


• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• The ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency in construction management software.


• OSHA certification is a plus.
