This GC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and overseeing the construction of restaurant projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.


• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.


• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on restaurant projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.


• Proficient in project management software and tools.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
