Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Northeast Major Projects Delivery team. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead multi-discipline teams in delivering complex projects which includes alternative delivery.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Drive project delivery in alignment with Earned Value
Drive preparation of design computations and opinions of probable cost
Direct preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and design for projects
Establish measurable Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) tasks and track financial performance and implement change management
Develop and engage controls teams to closely monitor and pivot projects to successful completion.
Develop, monitor, report and action project budgets and schedules
Grow relationships with clients and outside consultants
Manage stakeholders in support of successful project delivery
Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation actions
Assist in leading the continued growth and development of our Western New York Project Management Organization (PMO)
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's in Engineering Science or Project Management
Minimum of 6 years of project management experience within a consulting engineering firm
Alternative project delivery (design-build, progressive design build, etc.) a plus
Federal project experience a plus
