The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.



Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Supervisor - Financial Reporting.




Principal Purpose of Position:

• Prepare Long Range Plan, Annual Budget, and Forecast for applicable business lines.


• Review monthly P&L information for applicable business lines and provide detailed variance analysis.


• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure future success in their careers.


• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.


• Prepare monthly financial analysis reports comparing variances with annual and quarterly forecasts against revenue, margins, productivity KPIs.


• Support strategic initiatives with financial insight and various data models.


• Develop specialized analytical tools for project or ongoing use.


• Research and review details of KPIs and Metrics for the business to identify new opportunities or products.


• Support all other tasks as directed

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, General Business Administration or other related field from an accredited college/university

Relevant Work Experience:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience performing Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial data analysis tasks


• 2+ years demonstrated experience leading a team and developing direct reports

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
