We seek a highly motivated co-op to join a dedicated team creating novel expression systems and recombinant cell lines for the generation of therapeutic proteins within Sanofi's biologics production pipeline. The intern will be engaged in the genetic manipulation of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells to aid in the cell line development platform and support preclinical and research programs. This will also include work to improve recombinant protein expression platforms. Assignments will be commensurate with experience. The intern will develop a wide variety of new skills and gain a solid understanding of genetic engineering, cell line development and its role in biologics development.

About you




Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or a related field with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by Spring 2027
  
  


• Must have at least 1 semester of laboratory experience.
  
  


• Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
  
  


• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the internship/Co-op
  
  


• Must have permanent US work authorization
