• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.


• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the overall quality of care provided to residents.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.


• Current California license as a Speech Language Pathologist.


• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
